Geraldine "Jerry" F. Chatfield

Geraldine "Jerry" F. Chatfield, 85, of Camillus, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015 at Upstate University Hospital at Community General. She was a lifetime resident of Camillus. An avid birdwatcher, Jerry especially enjoyed feeding hummingbirds. She also enjoyed crocheting, volunteering her talents in making "chemo caps." She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. Jerry was predeceased by her husband, John “Chatty”, in 2007. Surviving are her daughters, Wendy (James) Mueller of Warners, Lori (Brian) Daniels of Jordan and Stacey (Jason) Gedamoske of Solvay; son, John "Jack" (Ann) Chatfield of Camillus; sister, Barbara Weinberger of Camillus; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, April 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 22 at the funeral home. Jerry will be laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
