Frederick "Seg" Wilson Jr.

Frederick “Seg” Wilson Jr., 49, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at home. Born in Syracuse on Wednesday, June 21, 1961, he was the son of Dorothy Gallipeau and Frederick C. Wilson Sr. He was a lifetime resident of the Syracuse area. He was employed by Boorum & Pease for more than 25 years. He enjoyed painting, his dog, “Beloved Boy, Boy” and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Surviving are his wife, Carol Ann; sons, Frederick III and Sean Wilson; granddaughter, Hailey Barns; father, Frederick Wilson Sr.; brothers, Jeffrey and Randy Wilson; sisters, Rena Wilson, Susie Wilson, Shirley Latini, Dawn Wilson (twin sister), Patricia Wilson and Misty Butterfield; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Calling hours will be Saturday, September 11 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Fred Daley officiating.
