Frank C. Rains

Frank C. Rains, 80, of Parish, passed away Friday, June 28, 2013 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Born in Ottawa, Canada, he was an Air Force veteran of Vietnam and lived in Parish since 1997. He retired from Ramada LTD and enjoyed swimming. Surviving are his wife of 20 years, the former Glenda Miller; son, Paul of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughters, Tony and Diane, both of Cheyenne, Wyoming; stepdaughters, Michele Faye of North Syracuse and Kandy K. Chapman of Dewey, Oklahoma; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. There will be no services. Arrangements are by the Buranich Funeral Home, Camillus.
