Florence (Bertollini) Fabrizio

Florence (Bertollini) Fabrizio, 94, of Syracuse, passed away, with family by her side on Saturday. Born January 4, 1928, in Baldwinsville, she was a lifetime resident of Syracuse. Flo, "Bounce", loved visiting with her children and grandchildren, enjoying the sun on her deck, working in her yard, spending time in her kitchen sipping her tea, and baking her delicious bread and sweets.

Florence is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Michael Fabrizio; daughter, Denise Brady; and grandson, Mark Anthony Fabrizio.

Surviving are her sons, Michael (Karen) Fabrizio of Skaneateles and Daniel (Kathy Angrick) of Jordan; grandchildren, Jennifer (Nickolas) Scholz of Liverpool, John Brady of Wilmington, Rebecca (Anthony Adamitis) of Syracuse, and Michael Fabrizio of Rochester; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Nickolas, and Gracie Scholz; and long-time friend, Carol Johnstone. One of 13 children, Florence is also survived by her brother, Lewis Bertollini, and sister, Nancy Weston.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 23 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Florence will be laid to rest in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Marcellus.
