Elizabeth "Betty" (Conway) Pfeiffer

Elizabeth “Betty” (Conway) Pfeiffer, 95, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at University Hospital. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she was a graduate of Syracuse Normal School and Buffalo State Teachers College. Betty was a teacher at the Solvay and West Genesee School Districts. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, avid Bridge player and loved spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Betty was predeceased by her husband, Peter W. Pfeiffer, in 1994.

Surviving are her daughter, Deborah (Don) Luke of Syracuse; sons, Peter (Alice) of Fayetteville and Paul Pfeiffer of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; grandchildren, Christine (Brian) Brown, Patrick (Kelly) Luke, Matthew (Genevieve) Luke and Kevin Pfeiffer; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Molly and Leah Brown, Bennett, Logan, Jackson and Jace Luke and Eleanor Luke; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call Saturday, February 10 from 11 a.m. to noon at St. Joseph's Church, 5600 West Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the church. Betty will be laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
