Eleanor June Koch Mosch, 90, of Camillus, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2010. Born on Monday, February 9, 1920, she was the daughter of James DeSpirito and Johanna Staats DeSpirito. After spending her early years in Solvay, she resided in Camillus for the past 70 years. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. Eleanor enjoyed flowers, gardening, decorating her home, sewing and fishing. Her family was the center of her life. She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph F. Koch Sr. on October 28, 1979; and brothers, James and Benjamin DeSpirito. Surviving are her husband, Chester Mosch; daughters, Marcia (Lucious Bonds) Roth, Diane (Gary) Nichols, Elaine (Terry) Donigan, Jonelle (Anthony) Christian and Bonita (John) Corso; son, Joseph (Brenda) Koch Jr.; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret Bauerman; and brother, Victor DeSpirito. Services will be private at Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Eleanor will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse.
