Donna J. Congdon

Donna J. Congdon, 73, of Warners, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center.  A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she lived in Warners for 53 years. Donna was a graduate of C.W. Baker High School and was employed with Camillus Cutlery for 18 years.  She was a member of Warners Fire Dept. Ladies' Auxiliary and a former member of Warners Community Council.  She was also a former cub scout leader, enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. Donna was predeceased by her daughter, Jean Congdon, in 2012; and brothers, David and Robert Winters. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Donald; son, Mark of Warners; brother, John (Dee) Winters of Florida; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, March 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Graveside services will be Monday, March 16 at 11:30 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
