Cynthia Dobie

Cynthia Dobie, 80, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday. Born and raised in Seneca Falls, she was a graduate of Mynderse Academy. Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland. She and her husband, Edward, built a home in Marcellus where they raised their family. The couple then moved to Florida where they enjoyed over 20 years together.

Cynthia was predeceased by her husband, Edward Dobie in 2013.

Surviving are her daughters, JoAnn (Randal) Swartwood of Onondaga Hill and Linda Taylor of Marietta; son, Mark (Robin) of Camillus; and four Grandchildren.

There will be no services.
