C.R. "Toby" Touby

C.R. “Toby” Touby, 85, of Saranac Lake, passed away peacefully on Sunday at home. Born and raised in Mason, OH, he moved to Saranac Lake in 1976 where he lived most of his life. A graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, Toby received his Master's Degree in Music from Ohio State University. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Toby was predeceased by his wife, Barbara; parents, Clair and Betty; and brother, David.

Surviving are his daughter, Caroline (Donnie) Kipp of Syracuse; grandchildren, Alex, Carter, and Griffin; sister, Barbara (Dale) Traven of Shelby, OH; brother, Al Touby of Mansfield, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services.
