Chi Ngoc Han, 76, of Clay, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph's Health Hospital. Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, she immigrated to the United States in 1995. In her younger years, Chi was a registered nurse while residing in Vietnam. A talented baker, many in the Vietnamese community enjoyed her baked goods for several years. Chi relished time outdoors with her husband. Most of all, she was extremely devoted to her family and loved spending time with them.
Chi was predeceased by her parents, Tai The Han and Loan Thi Pham; and brother, Duc Minh Han.
Surviving are her husband, Ut Nguyen; daughter, Ai (Hau) Nguyen of Clay; son, Doanh (Ngoc) Nguyen of Katy, TX; grandchildren, Phillip, Catherine, Brianna, and Jonathan; brothers, Tuan Peter (Phuong Thuy) Han of CA and Duc Quy (Hoa) Han of Vietnam; sisters, Phuong (Phat) Han and Hanh (Thang) Han, both of CA; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Chi will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
