Charlene G. Amann, 83, of Camillus, passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a graduate of St. Anthony’s High School. Charlene was employed with Caldwell & Ward Brass Co. for 15 years. She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church and former member and president of the Fairmount Ladies Auxiliary. Charlene loved spending time with her family.
Charlene was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 2018.
Surviving are her daughters, Jennifer (Pat) Brewer of Onondaga Hill and Cindy (Gary) Burkhart of Hammond, St. Lawrence River; sons, Robert (Sheila) of Palm Harbor, FL and Scott of St. Mary’s, GA; sisters, Mary (Bill) Dubiel of Lakeland, NY and Peggy Palamar of Winter Parks, FL; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 20 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 5600 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Charlene will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
