Carol Korb Miller, 79, of Camillus, passed away Monday, August 6, 2012 at home. Born in Syracuse on Tuesday, January 24, 1933, she was the daughter of William Adam Korb and Edna Anna Frances Bagg Korb. Carol graduated from North High School in 1951 and lived in Vermont before moving to Camillus in 1958. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church and actively involved with the Mary Circle. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, was a huge sports fan and loved spending time with her family. Carol was predeceased by her son, Gary Lee Miller in 1962. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Leon; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Kevin Wild of Liverpool; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Tracy of Liverpool and Eric and Michelle of Cicero; grandchildren, Keith (Ruth), Paul Jr., Kristopher, Jordan, Warren, Austin and Andreah; great-granddaughter, Brooke; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Donald Norton of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Thursday, August 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Funeral services will be Friday, August 10 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Lutheran Church. Carol will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
