Carol J. Fitzgerald

Carol Jean Fitzgerald, 60, of Camillus, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at her home. Born in Syracuse on Sunday, September 15, 1946, she was the daughter of Leroy A. Boison and Eugenia Sierzputowski. She lived in Camillus for 35 years. Carol attended Blessed Sacrament School and graduated from the Convent School. She enjoyed her family, dancing, and traveling. Her husband of 36 years, Dr. Royden J. Fitzgerald, died February 4, 2004. Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Kim Parish of Penn Yan and Kristin and Christopher George of West Palm Beach, Florida; sons, Royden Scott Fitzgerald of Camillus and Jonathan Fitzgerald of Syracuse and grandchildren, Matthew and Kaylee Parish and many dear friends and family. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at St. Joseph's Church where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Friends may call Tuesday, April 10, 2007 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
