Carol Ann (Hooper) Venner, 84, a lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, passed away peacefully on Wednesday at Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. A graduate of St. Patrick's High School, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the College of Saint Rose. Alongside her husband, she also taught religious education for many years, sharing her strong faith and kindness with the community. Carol was a woman of many passions; she loved traveling, shopping, and cooking, and was an avid reader.

Above all, Carol cherished her family and friends. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Carol treasured every moment spent with them, playing an active and loving role in their lives.

Carol will be remembered for her generosity, warmth, and unwavering support. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
