Carol E. Marsh, 67, of Camillus, died Thursday, December 21, 2006 at home. Born on Tuesday, September 26, 1939, she was the daughter of James Fredrick Duprey and Thelma Carrie Sims. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, Carol was in the first graduating class from West Genesee High School. She was a member of the Amboy Belle Isle United Church and the West Hill Croquet Club. She worked for 15 years as a school bus driver with the West Genesee School District. She was previously employed by the NY Telephone Co. Carol was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Gene; brothers, James Duprey of North Syracuse and Daniel Duprey of Cicero and sister, Annette Tindall, of Zephyrhills, Florida. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Greg Maiers of Rock Island, Illinois and Jennifer and John Ragan of Camillus; sister, Doris Bushnell of Camillus; brother, Donald Duprey of Marietta; grandchildren, Matt, Tom, Kara and Gary and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St. Friends may call Wednesday, December 27, 2006 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery, Warners.
