Beverly F. Stephens, 88, of Camillus, passed away peacefully on Sunday at Francis House, surrounded by her loving family.

A lifelong resident of Central New York, Beverly was born in Syracuse and settled in Camillus in 1957. She was a proud graduate of Blodgett Vocational High School.

Beverly dedicated much of her career to administrative work, retiring in 1993 after a decade with the Coulter, Ventre Law Firm in Liverpool. She found great joy in summers spent at Whites Bay in Henderson, where she treasured time by the water with family and friends.

Beverly was a devoted member of Fay Road Baptist Church and actively participated in several organizations, including the Camillus Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile-Ilderim Temple, and the Camillus Women's Republican Club. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness, dedication, and the many lives she touched.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Francis House for their compassionate and loving care of Beverly in her final days.

Beverly was predeceased by her son, Scott, in 2024.

Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Vernon; son, Vernon (Christine) of Throop; brother, George (Leslie) Page of Fredericksburg, VA; granddaughters, Brittany and Ashley; several nieces and nephews; and distant son, Brian Stephens of Syracuse; along with granddaughters, Megan and Nicole.

There will be no services.

Beverly will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
