Beverly M. Zalvis, 76, of Camillus, passed away Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. A lifelong resident of Camillus, she was employed by General Electric Co. for 37 years, retiring in 1992. Beverly enjoyed Atlantic City and Turning Stone as well as gardening. She was a SU sports fan and Yankees fan. She loved her cat "Muffy." Beverly was predeceased by her husband, John P. Zalvis Sr. in 2011. Surviving are her daughter, Susan (Matt) Martell of Baldwinsville; son, Michael Fisher of Cato; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, sisters, Evelyn Tefft of Henrietta and Joan Williams of Cicero; and brother: Robert MacArthur of Lowville. Relatives and friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
