Bessie Storrier

Bessie Storrier, 81, of Fairmount, passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 at Iroquois Nursing Home, after a long illness. Born on Friday, June 20, 1930, she was the daughter of Harold E. Golding and Augusta Chandler. She attended Vocational High School. She retired from Crouse-Hinds and also worked at General Electric and Nettleton. Bessie was predeceased by her husband, Donald Francis Storrier, November 7, 2005; sisters, Virginia, Dorothy, Betty and Nina; and her brother, Donald Golding. Surviving are her son, Donald Jr.; sisters, Shirley Thomas and Elsie Buckley; brother, Gerald Golding; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, January 4 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at noon at the funeral home. Bessie will be laid to rest in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
