Bertha M. Ward

Bertha Ward, 84, of Camillus, passed away Saturday at the age of 84 after a long battle with lymphoma. She was born in Antwerp, NY to the late Frank and Frances Gardner. Bertha was a member of Fairmount Community Church United Church of Christ. She was an accountant and office manager for The Wood Glass Co. Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd Ward. Surviving are her sister: Dorothy Cooper of Arkansas; son, Mike Ward of Liverpool and Melinda Ward of Liverpool; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, December 2 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus . Services will follow at noon at the funeral home. Bertha will be laid to rest in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
