Barbara M. Nuzzi

Barbara M. Nuzzi, 73, of Camillus, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018 at University Hospital. A graduate of Liverpool High School, she was employed with the Holy Family Diocese for over 20 years before retiring in 2003. Barbara was previously employed with Alcoa on James Street. A communicant of Holy Family Church, she was a generous person and donated to many charities.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Anthony; son, Peter (Nelida) of Camillus; brother, Robert (Connie) Muser of Marlton, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, May 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, May 23 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse. Barbara will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
