Barbara M. Marino, 71, of Camillus, died Friday, November 18, 2005 at University Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Auburn on Wednesday, January 31, 1934, she was the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Weed. She lived in Auburn for 38 years until moving to Camillus. Barbara was formerly employed by Sterling Optical. She was a loving wife, loving mother and loving grandmother. She enjoyed reading, vacationing and golf and bowled in various leagues. Her husband, Bernard, Jr., died January 16, 2000. Surviving are her children, Marc (Pat) Marino of Cato, Elaine (Robert) Shaffer of Indianapolis, Indiana, Patricia (John) DeSocio of Camillus, Barbara (Ted) Long of Baldwinsville, Christine (Tom) Kelly of Camillus, Bernard (Lois) Marino of Reistertown, Maryland, several grandchildren and several brothers and sisters. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Friends may call Monday, November 21, 2005 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
