Barbara George Zoll

Barbara George Zoll, 78, of Syracuse, died Thursday, July 24, 2008 at home. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was born on Tuesday, February 4, 1930 and was the daughter of James Watkins George and Nell Emily Osler. She graduated from Vocational High School. Barbara enjoyed knitting, gardening and making strawberry jam and pickles. She loved spending time with her family. Barbara's husband, Donald Leonard Zoll, died in 1987. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Roxanne and John Lepkowski of Liverpool and JoAnne and Tom Adydan of Syracuse; sons and daughter-in-law, James Zoll of Syracuse and Ronald and Carol Zoll of Camillus; grandchildren, Sharon (Lepkowski) Ryder of Hannibal, Joseph Lepkowski of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Meghan and Andrew Zoll of Camillus, Sarah Adydan of the Bronx, Melissa (Adydan) Downing of Morgantown, West Virginia; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2008 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus with Rev. Michael Grinnals officiating. Friends may call Sunday, July 27, 2008 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
