Anne M. Shaw

Anne M. Shaw, 69, of Camillus, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 at home with her loving family by her side. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she graduated from St. John the Evangelist and OCC. Anne was owner of CNY Elder Planning in Camillus and previously worked for Catholic Charities as director of the RSVP and did social work with the Onondaga County Department of Aging. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. Anne volunteered with the Literacy Program and the Military Courtesy Room at Hancock Airport for soldiers returning home. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and also enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends. Anne was predeceased by her second husband, Leonard P. Goulet, in 2004. Surviving are her husband of six years, Carl Shaw Jr.; sons, Jeff (Betsy) Eischen of Wyckoff, NJ and Mark (April) Eischen of Syracuse; daughter, Mary Ellen (Peter) Goulet Graves of Kensington, NH; brother, Donald (Lynn) Blakeman of Rogers, AK; stepdaughters, Melanie (Andrew) Goulet Craig of Basking Ridge, NJ and Michelle Goulet Mollihan of Ridgewood, NJ; stepsons, Matt (Kristin LaBarge) Shaw and Jeff (Lisa) Shaw, both of West Monroe and David (Kim Stevens) Shaw of Scriba; and 20 beloved grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, September 3 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
