Anne L. Sadowski

Anne L. Sadowski, 91, of Fairmount, died Monday, December 11, 2006 at Birchwood Health Care Center. She was born in Syracuse on Friday, March 26, 1915 and was the daughter of Helen and Frank Luczak. She graduated from Vocational High School in 1932. Anne worked as a secretary for the Syracuse VA Medical Center for 33 years, retiring in 1981. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church. She was a member of the BPW and enjoyed gardening, golfing, bowling and bridge. Anne's first husband, Raymond J. Dolan, died in 1969 and her second husband, Joseph R. Sadowski, died in 1999. Surviving are her sisters, Regina Colagiovanni, Marian Fleischman and Frances (Anthony) O'Neill, of Syracuse; stepdaughter, Joanne (Richard) Ingwall of Borrego Springs, California and many nieces and nephews. Services: will be held Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at noon in Holy Family Church. Friends may call Friday, December 15, 2006 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
