Alexandria “Sandy” Grigoriadis, 90, of East Rochester, passed away peacefully at home. She, along with her husband, Pandelis “Paul”, and their family, were lifetime residents of Camillus. Sandy and her husband owned a grocery store in Jacks Reef for over twenty-five years. Her life was centered around her family; she loved her husband, three daughters, and adored her five grandchildren.
Sandy was predeceased by her husband; parents, William and Antonia Serferlis; and sisters, Angeline (Nick) Booras and Georgia Seferlis.
Sandy is survived by her daughters, Christine (Michael) Russo of Rochester, Annette (John) Warren of Rochester, and Lisa (Jack Irvin) Grigoriadis of Lake Placid; grandchildren, Cory Russo, Dr. Kayle Warren, Alexandra Russo, Nikki Warren, and Georgie Warren; nephews and niece, James Booras, William Booras, and Anne (Gordy) Shear; and step-grandchildren, Nicolas (Sarah) Russo and Rhonda (Matt) Humby.
A special thank you for the love and support from Shelly and Angelica. They both took amazing care of our mother and grandmother, always putting her comfort first.
A funeral service will be held for the immediate family at St. Sophia's Greek Orthodox Church, 325 Waring Rd., Syracuse.
Alexandria will be laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse, next to her husband.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 962 East Ave., Rochester, NY 14607.
