Agatha B. Dowling, 90, of Camillus, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at Francis House. Born in Brooklyn, she was a graduate of Bushwick High School and lived in Camillus since 1976. Agatha was employed by Dr. Herbert Gould in White Plains, Guardian Life Insurance Co. in Manhattan, West Genesee Central Schools and Komondor Real Estate in Nedrow. She was a member of Sojourne Free Methodist Church and its Bible study.
Agatha was predeceased by her husband, Thomas; daughter, Theresa; and siblings, Joseph and Grace.
Surviving are her children, James J. Dowling of Brooklyn, Thomas M. (Jeanmarie) Dowling of Lebanon, NJ, Maryanne K. (John O’Hara) Dowling of Camillus and Joni G. (Jeff) Dowling-Kell of Rush; and her beloved grandchildren, Justen and Shawn Dowling.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to Jenny Castro for her impeccable care given to Agatha. They also wish to thank Mom’s “A Team” who helped care for her and became family. The family will never forget your love and support.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, February 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Services will be Friday, March 1 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Agatha will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
